Scope and limits

What this work is, and what it is not

The handbook and its tools (the checker, the link checker and the AI visibility test) are educational tools about how medical websites are built, written and measured.

In short

  • Educational material. Not medical advice, not legal advice, not a health service.
  • No patients are accepted through this site or its email address.
  • No ranking, traffic or citation is guaranteed.
  • The checker's scans are pattern matches. The final call is the physician's.

Educational, not medical advice

The handbook and the Medical Visibility Checker teach how medical content can be structured, published and measured. Nothing on this site, in the book or in the checker is medical advice about any person or condition. The example articles are there to show structure, not to inform treatment decisions.

Not a health service

This site offers no consultations, diagnoses or treatment, and no patient is accepted through it. The contact address, info@uzclinic.com, is for questions about the handbook and the checker only. Do not send health information about yourself or anyone else, and do not paste identifiable patient information into the checker.

Not legal advice

The regulatory notes in the book and in the checker are general and simplified. Rules on medical advertising, testimonials, claims and patient privacy differ between countries and, in the United States, between states, and they change over time. Before you publish, check the rules of your own state medical board or national regulator and, where the stakes call for it, ask qualified counsel. The book is meant to help you ask the right questions, not to replace those answers.

No ranking or traffic guarantee

Search engines and AI systems make their own choices and change them without notice. Following the handbook or reaching a high score in the checker does not guarantee a ranking, traffic, a place in an answer box or a citation in an AI-generated answer. What the work aims at is a site whose accurate information can be understood, with its source visible.

The AI visibility test records what you saw in an AI assistant on a given day. The same question can get a different answer on another day, in another version or from another location, so a single measurement is not a result; the monthly ledger is there to show the direction over time.

What the checker can and cannot tell you

The checker reads text and page code and compares them with patterns: rules, word lists and structural checks. It does not understand clinical context the way a physician does. It can miss a problem, and it can flag wording that is acceptable in context. Treat every result as a prompt to look again, not as a verdict. The final call on what to publish is always the physician's.

Separate from clinical practice

The author is a practicing urologist. This work is run separately from his clinical practice: the site carries no patient-facing content, and the book and the checker are not a channel to his clinic.
